I had a wonderful stay at Magnifique Appartement Au Centre-Ville. The owner's daughter warmly welcomed me and recommended taking the tram from the airport, which was just a short walk from the apartment. The location couldn't be better, with the beach and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. I felt safe and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. I can't wait to come back and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The location is mind-blowing, just a few minutes from the jaw-dropping beach and tram station, allowing easy access to the entire city. The apartment, equipped with everything we needed, was super clean and new. We were amazed by the friendly and helpful host, the comfortable and air-conditioned rooms, and the nearby market. We can't wait to come back!

I always return to this amazing place in Nice. I've never regretted it. The staff even helped me find delicious food. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and more. I'm coming back for my holiday.

Had an amazing New Year's stay at this dope apartment! it was super clean and hella comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. the location was on fleek - right near the Promenade and a tram stop, making it mega convenient for getting around. Plus, there's a straight tram line from the airport - no stress at all. the street was poppin' with killer shops and restaurants, leading ya straight to the Old Nice. the owners were dope af, mad kind and hospitable. Perfect spot for families too, like seriously. Would def come back and tell everyone to stay here - it's lit!

Honestly, I was feeling the property, but there was one thing that tripped me out a little. When we arrived, we had to make up the beds, which was unexpected.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety to suit different tastes.
